Tattoo Artist Gabe Vasquez was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas.
His Interest for Art developed at a young age drawing pictures and painting murals on the walls.
By the age of 9 years old Gabe had lost his father to Gun violence and his artwork became an escape,
a way of therapeutic to bring him peace and happiness.
As the years went by he excelled in writing and producing music earning him credits in various hip hop projects that would go platinum.
Gabe won several Art contests and this motivated him even further to become a Professional Artist.
Growing up in the projects on the West side of SA was definitely not easy but it inspired Gabe to follow his dreams.
Unfortunately after succeeding with his Art and Music Career, Gabe found himself in a bad situation that landed him in prison.
After years of being incarcerated he was released from prison and had to rebuild himself from zero.
He landed a full-time job as a dishwasher but he never stopped dreaming about building a tattoo shop.
Literally 7 months later he started searching for a location and the rest is history.
Gabe started building his dream that he called Sacred Art of SA.
Today it's been nearly 8 years that Gabe has been living his dreams with a clientele that has gone sky rocket.
So many famous faces that Gabe has tattoo from Mike jones, Lil flip, Jackie chain, Bizarre from D12, and the list goes on.
With over 20 years experience Gabe enjoys doing black and grey wash, color, traditional, abstract, cover-ups, etc.
Gabe definitely feels BLESSED today to be able to live his dream,
but most importantly he loves working with his clients to bring there dreams & ideas to reality on there skin.
